The Nutty Gourmet team had undergone in-depth qualitative research prior to hiring Faven. They learned their core consumer, and greater opportunity, was to appeal to a person who likes to entertain and is very social - typically female.

The Solution

Family Patchwork. We knew our consumer target was evolving, but as we go to know the team at Nutty Gourmet we realized this was a tight-knit family run business with three sisters leading the charge on the branding. They talked about vibrancy, energy and a visual identity that could represent them. They fell in love this patchwork concept where geometric shapes are put together to form the shape of a nut. It is a system that has flexibility within and product line and for future line extension.
